  • GARDENS
Neaten up your garden by trimming bushes, weeding, mowing lawns and raking leaves. Remember first impressions count!  The front garden always creates the buyers first impression.

  • WASHING
Do not have washing on the line or on clothes racks inside the house.

  • PETS
Always try to remove pets during the Open House.

  • LOCK UP
Always lock side gates or other entry or exit points,  so there is only one way in and out.

  • VALUABLES
Be sure to always hide any valuables!  We are always vigilant in supervising your home, but sometimes  easily pocketed items are best hidden away out of sight.
